摘要
建立了TBM(全断面岩石掘进机)机头架关键部位T形接头焊接仿真有限元模型,利用ANSYS APDL单元生死技术,模拟了CO2保护焊焊缝材料逐步填充的过程,对Q345B厚钢板的T形接头多层多道焊的三维瞬态温度场进行了有限元分析,为焊接残余应力的预估以及焊接工艺规程的制定提供参考。
Established finite element model of T joint of TBM cutterhead support, simulated the material filled process of CO2 arc welding with the ANSYS APDL element birth and death technology.Three-dimensional transient temperature field of multi-layer and multi-pass welding of T joint was analyzed with finite element method,providing references for the prediction of welding residual stress and the setting of welding procedure.
