摘要
利用Fluent中的Mixture模型研究了悬浮液密度场的分布;利用CFD-EDEM单向场耦合的方法分析了煤颗粒的运动特性。结果表明:悬浮液密度自上而下,由内向外增加;煤颗粒在与自身密度接近的分选层进行分选;同一密度粒度较大的煤颗粒由于轴向速度较大,容易产生矸中带煤现象;粒度较小的煤颗粒单位质量受到的流体曳力变化较大,使分选的随机性增加;粒度较大的煤颗粒分选主要受压力梯度力影响。
Using the model of Mixture we study the density distributions of dense-medium suspension;Using the method of CFD-EDEM one-way field coupling we analysis the particle motion characteristic.This study result shows that the dense-medium suspension increases from top to bottom and expands from inside-out;Coal is separated in the density layer close to itself. The larger size particle is easy to produce the phenomenon of rough running due to large axial velocity;The separation of smaller size particle is stronger randomness duet to large variances of the drag force; The separation of large size particle is mainly affected by the pressure gradient force.
