摘要 采用"磁选回收铁-浮选回收萤石"工艺方案,以自制高效捕收剂ZY-12作萤石浮选捕收剂、碳酸钠作分散剂、水玻璃作抑制剂获得了良好的选别指标。在原矿含铁12.38%、含Ca F2 25.42%的情况下,实验室闭路流程试验获得了含TFe 58.62%、TFe回收率36.89%的铁精矿,含Ca F2 97.23%、Ca F2回收率81.39%的萤石精矿。矿石中铁及萤石矿物都得到了较好的综合回收,新技术具有良好的推广应用价值。 For providing some new methods of mineral processing technology for refractory low grade fluorite ore, and efficiently developing fluorite mineral resources, this paper uses the process scheme of "magnetic separation for iron-flotation for fluorite mine". It gets well indexes by using the self-research ZY-12 as efficient collector for fluorite mine flotation, sodium carbonate as dispersant, and sodium silicate as inhibitor. Under the circumstances of raw ore obtain Fe 12.38% and Ca F2 25.42%, The closed circuit test in laboratory gets iron concentrate which obtains TFe 58.62% and the recovery rate 36.89%, and fluorite concentrate which obtains Ca F2 97.23% and the recovery rate 81.39%. Iron and fluorite in ore have been better comprehensive recovery, the new technique has good popularization and application value.
