摘要
以电镀废水尾水为目标废水,联合生活污水处理,以提升目标废水的可生化性,并经过增设填料的改良型倒置A2/O工艺处理,研究了工艺对电镀废水尾水的脱氮处理效能。结果表明:在电镀废水尾水所占的体积百分数为30%时,工艺运行效益较好;在DO为1.90~2.10 mg/L,回流比在150%左右,系统对NH4+-N、TN、COD的去除率分别达到93%、80%、85%;当有足够的易降解有机碳源,即提高COD/TN时可使TN去除率≥84%。
Taking the tail water of electroplating wastewater as the target,and combining with the treatment of domestic sewage,the biodegradability of the target wastewater can be up-graded. The nitrogen removing treatment capacity of the tail water of electroplating wastewater has been studied by establishing in addition the improved inverted A2/O process for fillers. The results show that when the volume percentage of tail water of electroplating wastewater is30%,the running efficiency of this process is better. When DO is 1.90-2.10 mg/L and the ratio of reflux ratio is about 150%,the removing rates of NH4+-N,COD,and TN are 93%,80%,and 85%,respectively. When the degradable organic carbon source is enough,≥84% of TN removing rate can be up-graded by the up-grading of COD/TN.
