摘要
以晋江市仙石污水处理厂改造工程为例,对污水处理厂改造工程的设计进行了分析,保留已建工程的初级处理及二级处理单元,增设深度处理单元及旁路除磷单元,并对污泥处理系统进行升级。深度处理采用滤布滤池工艺,污泥处理工艺采用浓缩脱水工艺并增设旁路化学除磷。污水处理厂改造完成后,其尾水水质满足《城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准》(GB 18918—2002)一级A标准。
Taking the modification project of Xianshi Sewage Treatment Plant in Jinjiang as example,the design of the sewage treatment plant has been analyzed. The primary and secondary treatment units of the finished project are reserved,and the advanced treatment unit and the by-pass dephosphorization unit are established additionally,and the sludge treatment system is up-graded. Cloth filter process is used for the advanced treatment,condense dehydration process is used for advanced sludge treatment,and by-pass dephosphorization process is established additionally.After the modification project of the sludge treatment plant has been accomplished,the quality of tail water can meet the First Grade A requirements specified in the Discharge Standard of Pollutants for Urban Sewage Treatment Plants(GB 18918—2002).
