摘要
从环境影响总量、环境影响发展和环境保护潜力等3个方面,构建环境友好型社会综合评价指标体系,并使用2011年统计数据,对广东省21个地级市行政区的环境友好型社会发展状况进行综合评价和聚类分析。研究结果表明,广东省21个地级市行政区的环境友好型社会发展状况可以划分为4类;在空间分布上,环境友好型社会程度相对较高的地区大多位于珠三角地区,而环境友好型社会程度相对较弱的地区大多位于粤东、粤西和粤北地区。
To evaluate the development of environment - friendly society, this paper, based on the connotation of environ- ment- friendly society, following the general principles of constructing comprehensive assessment indicator system, from the aspects of total environmental impact, environmental impact development and environmental protection potential, builds a comprehensive assessment indicator system of environment- friendly society. By using statistical data of the year 2011, the comprehensive assessment indicator system and cluster analysis are applied to appraise the development situation of the environment -friendly society of 21 prefecture -level cities in Guangdong Province. The results indicate that the 21 prefec- ture - level cities in Guangdong Province can be divided into four groups. On the spatial distribution, regions with relatively higher degree of environment - friendly society mostly lie in the Pearl River Delta region, while regions with relatively lower degree of environment - friendly society mostly lie in the eastern, western and northern Guangdong. These conclusions have great referential value for the relevant government decision.
