摘要
从生态补偿的角度分析探讨生态资本运营机制,介绍生态资本运营与生态补偿的内涵,从生态补偿下来分析生态资本运营机制的逻辑起点,构建生态资本运营机制的总体框架,提出生态资本运营机制的保障措施。
This article is to explore the eco - capital operating mechanism from the perspective of ecological compensation. The article first introduces the eco -capital operations, ecological compensation connotation, and the logical starting point down from the ecological compensation mechanism of ecological capital operation, then builds the overall framework of the eco - capital operation mechanism, and finally proposes the mechanism of ecological capital operation safeguards.
