摘要
构建知识生产函数,并将其融入多任务委托代理理论中,建立显性知识和隐性知识共享激励模型。通过模型分析影响知识共享激励系数的因素,同时创新性地引入知识共享效度概念。基于知识生产函数的显性知识和隐性知识共享产出具有良好的互补性,对显性知识共享的激励同样适用于隐性知识共享。但知识共享激励系数对两项任务努力水平的激励效应并不相同,激励的敏感度取决于两种知识共享效度的大小。
The paper builds knowledge production function and integrates it into multi-task principal-agent theory, to set up sharing incentive model for explicit knowledge and tacit knowledge. It uses the model to analyze factors of affecting knowledge sharing incentive coefficient, and innovatively brings in the new concept of knowledge sharing validity. The outputs of knowledge production function-based explicit knowledge and tacit knowledge sharing have good complementarities, and the incentives to explicit knowledge sharing are also suit to tacit knowledge sharing. But knowledge sharing incentive coefficient has different incentive effects on effort levels of the two knowledge sharing tasks, and the sensitivity of motivation depends on the size of the validity of two kinds of knowledge sharing.
