摘要
对目前查新人员专业背景与所承担查新项目所属学科领域不相匹配的现象进行研究,认为科技查新站人员数量与所面对查新项目学科数量不匹配、查新人员专业背景被忽视等是造成查新站不能满足新颖性强查新项目要求的主要原因。为解决这一问题提出了基于科技查新行业协会的虚拟科技查新机构管理模式,并对该管理模式具有的优势进行阐述。
The paper studies on the phenomena that professional background of novelty retrievers doesn't match subject areas of their undertaking projects, and thinks that the main reasons why retrieval stations are unable to satisfy the demand of strong novelty retrieval projects are disproportionate number between retrievers in the stations and retrieval projects, and the neglect of professional background of novelty retrievers. For the problem above-mentioned, it puts forwards a guild-based management mode of virtual sci-tech novelty retrieval institute, and elaborates its advantage.
