摘要 综述了气体膜分离技术用于石油化工节能降耗的研究进展,阐述了氢气分离膜和有机蒸气分离膜在回收利用含烃石化尾气上面临的机遇与挑战,指出尾气中高浓度、高分压的轻烃对聚合物膜的溶胀作用严重制约了气体分离膜在石油化工领域中的进一步推广应用,并着重介绍了近年来耐溶胀气体分离膜的发展状况。为充分发挥现有膜组件对石油化工行业节能降耗的作用,对近年来气体膜的流程设计、操作参数优化以及耦合其他技术的发展进行了概括。 The progresses in the membrane separation of gas from petrochemical industry for saving energy and resources were reviewed. The opportunities and challenges in using the membrane technology for recovering hydrogen and light hydrocarbons in refinery gases were reviewed. It was pointed out that the swelling of polymer membranes in the tail gases containing light hydrocarbons with high content and high partial pressure seriously restrained the applications of the membranes in petrochemical industry. So,the developments of solvent resistant membranes were introduced emphatically. In addition,the intelligent use of current commercialized membrane modules will be very important for saving energy and resources in petrochemical industries in the short term. Therefore,the progresses in advanced simulation models for process design parameter optimization and the combination of the membrane separation with other separation technologies were summarized.
