核壳复合材料Y-SiO_2与ZSM-5-SiO_2的工业放大制备及其表征

摘要 考察了采用溶胶-凝胶法制备核壳复合材料Y-SiO2和ZSM-5-SiO2的工业放大过程,并采用XRD、N2吸附-脱附、SEM和TEM等方法对复合材料进行了表征。SEM和TEM表征结果显示,制备的核壳复合材料具有明显的核壳结构特征,且壳层结构连接紧密。试验结果表明,在核壳复合材料的放大过程中,采用机械搅拌的混合方式可实现核壳复合材料的工业制备,搅拌转速对其物化性质没有影响。制备的两种核壳复合材料的BET比表面积、外比表面积及孔体积均达到指标要求,两个批次的Y-SiO2试样的BET比表面积分别为866 m2/g和872 m2/g,外比表面积分别为262 m2/g和277 m2/g,孔体积均大于0.40m L/g;两个批次的ZSM-5-SiO2试样的BET比表面积分别为426 m2/g和418 m2/g,外比表面积分别为222 m2/g和217 m2/g,孔体积均大于0.20 m L/g。两种核壳复合材料的工业放大试验过程的重复性好,可满足大规模工业化生产的需要。 Two kinds of composite core-shell materials,namely Y-SiO2 and ZSM-5-SiO2,were produced industrially by the sol-gel method and were characterized by means of XRD,N2 adsorptiondesorption,SEM and TEM. The results indicated that the two materials could be produced through mechanical stirring and the mechanical stirring speed had no effect on the physicochemical properties of the products. The BET specific surface area,external surface area and pore volume of the produced materials completely met the specification requirements. The BET specific surface area,external surface area and pore volume of two batches of the Y-SiO2 samples were 866 m^2/g and 872 m^2/g,262 m^2/g and 277 m2/g,and larger than 0.40 m L/g,respectively. The BET specific surface area,external surface area and pore volume of two batches of the ZSM-5-Si O2 samples were 426 m^2/g and 418 m^2/g,222 m^2/g and 217 m^2/g,and larger than 0.20 m L/g,respectively. The industrial production of the two kinds of the composite core-shell materials had good repeatability.
