摘要
为解决沁新选煤厂振动弧形筛筛分效率低、脱泥降灰效果差的问题,采用FMVS2030复合振动高频细筛代替原振动弧形筛对粗煤泥进行筛分。介绍了复合振动高频细筛的结构、工作原理、技术特点、技术参数,并分析了其在现场的应用效果。与振动弧形筛相比,复合振动高频细筛的筛分效率高13.28个百分点,经其脱泥后的粗精煤灰分从14.80%降到9.21%,回收率提高4.62个百分点,应用效果良好,给企业带来可观的经济效益。
To improve vibrating sieve bend from screening efficiency,effect of desliming and ash reduction in Qinxin coal preparation plant,FMVS2030 compound vibration high- frequency fine screen is used instead of the sieve bend. Presented structure,working principle,technical features and parameters of this screen,and then analyzed its application in coal preparation plant. Compared with the sieve bend,this screen has 13. 28% higher screening efficiency than that of the sieve bend,reducing ash content of coarse clean coal from 14. 80% to 9. 21%,with a increase of 4. 62% in recovery of clean coal,which brings considerable economic benefits.
