摘要
为解决平煤一矿选煤厂煤泥压滤系统处理能力不足、粗煤泥水分高的问题,启用主厂房干筛系统,改造动筛车间工艺系统,更换振动筛和磁选机。采取一系列整改措施后,煤泥压滤系统回收能力大大提高,粗煤泥水分由30%降低至17%,原煤洗选能力由2.90 Mt/a提高至3.15 Mt/a,精煤产量增加16.25万t/a。
In order to solve problems caused by short of capacity of coal slurry processing system and coarse slime with high moisture in coal preparation plant of Pingdingshan coal mining group No. 1 mine,dry screening system starts to be used,modified moving sieve technology system at the same time replaced vibrating screen and magnetic separator. The application shows that the filter pressing system can serve coal slurry well,with moisture drop of coarse slime from 30% to 17%,increased capacity of raw coal processing from 2. 90 Mt / a to 3. 15 Mt / a,meanwhile,clean coal production is increased by0. 162 5 Mt / a.
