摘要
采用四锤头径向锻造附具对轴类锻件进行锻造压实,锻件心部获得的静水压力显著增强,有利于修复锻件内部疏松、缩孔等原始铸态组织缺陷。同时,改善了锻件表面质量并有效提高锻造效率。通过对附具及工艺参数进行优化分析,得到了最佳压实工艺方案。
By adopting four hammer radial forging auxiliary appliance for shaft forgings, the hydrostatic pressure in the center of forgings has significantly increased, which is beneficial to repair the original as-cast structure defects of forgings such as internal porosity, shrinkage cavity etc. Meanwhile, it has improved the surface quality of forgings and effectively increased the forging efficiency. Through the analysis and optimization of auxiliary appliance and process pa- rameters, the optimal compacting process program has been obtained.
