摘要
一支1 780 mm轧机支承辊在使用现场放置时自然开裂。利用金相分析、扫描电镜分析等方法对断口取样进行研究,结果表明冶金缺陷和辊身较大的内应力是造成该支承辊置裂的主要原因。
A backup roll of 1 780 mm rolling mill appeared cracks naturally, when it was placing in work site. By adopting the metallographic analysis and the scanning electron microscope analysis, the samples have been taken for study. The resuhs show that the main reasons of cracking are metallurgical defects and major internal stress of roller body.
