妥洛特罗贴佐治小儿喘息性疾病100例疗效及安全性评价 被引量:3

Effect and Safety of Tulobuterol Patches in Adjunctive Treatment of Children's Asthmatic Diseases in 100 Cases

摘要 目的探讨妥洛特罗贴佐治小儿喘息性疾病的临床疗效及安全性。方法选取2013年3月至2014年3月收治的小儿喘息性疾病患儿200例,随机分为对照组和观察组,各100例。两组患儿均给予常规对症治疗,对照组患儿加用沙丁胺醇雾化吸入,观察组患儿加用妥洛特罗贴佐治。结果治疗后,观察组的总有效率为92.00%,与对照组的91.00%相当(P>0.05);两组患儿的咳嗽、喘鸣音持续时间和治愈时间比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);两组患儿的最大呼气流量(PEF)、PEF测定值占预计值的百分比(PEF%)均较治疗前明显上升,且观察组上升幅度更明显(P<0.05);两组患儿免疫球蛋白E(Ig E)和嗜酸性粒细胞(EOS)水平均较治疗前明显下降,且观察组下降幅度更大(P<0.05);两组患儿不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论妥洛特罗贴治疗小儿喘息性疾病的疗效确切,能显著改善患儿的肺功能和免疫功能,且不良反应少、安全性高,值得临床推广。 Objective To investigate the effect and safety of Tulobuterol Patches for the treatment of children with asthmatic diseases. Methods Totally 200 children patients with asthmatic diseases in the hospital from March 2013 to March 2014 were selected and randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,100 cases in each group. The two groups were treated by the convention symptomatic treatment; the control group was added with sulbutamol aerosol inhalation and the observation group was added with Tulobuterol Patches for adjunctive therapy. Results The Total effective rate in the observation group was 92. 00%,which was equivalent to 91. 00% in the control group( P〉0. 05); the duration of cough,wheezing and cure days had no statistical differences between the two groups( P〉0. 05); PEF and PEF% after treatment in the two groups were significantly elevated than before treatment,but the increment range in the observation group was significantly greater( P〈0. 05); the peripheral blood Ig E and EOS levels after treatment in the two groups were significantly decreased compared with before treatment,moreover the decrement range in the observation group was significantly greater( P〉0. 05). Conclusion Tulobuterol Patches has stable and reliable effect for the treatment of children with asthmatic diseases,can obviously improve the children's lung function and immunity function,has less adverse reactions and deserves to be clinically promoted.
