追风透骨胶囊联合玻璃酸钠治疗膝骨关节炎58例

Zhuifeng Tougu Capsules Combined with Hyaluronic Acid Sodium for Treating Knee Osteoarthritis in 58 Cases

目的观察追风透骨胶囊口服加玻璃酸钠膝关节腔内注射联合超短波理疗治疗早中期膝骨关节炎的临床疗效。方法将112例患者随机分为治疗组58例与对照组54例,治疗组患者给予追风透骨胶囊口服加玻璃酸钠注射液膝关节腔内注射,并联合超短波理疗,对照组患者给予美洛昔康片口服治疗。结果所有患者均随访6~12个月,治疗组患者的临床症状显著改善（P〈0.01）,总有效率为84.48%,明显高于对照组的59.26%（P〈0.05）;治疗后两组间的骨性关节炎指数（WOMAC）评分和视觉模拟评分法（VAS）评分均有显著性差异（P〈0.05或P〈0.01）。结论追风透骨胶囊口服加玻璃酸钠膝关节腔内注射,联合超短波理疗能有效缓解早中期膝骨性关节疼痛症状,改善绝大多数患者的膝关节功能,尤其适宜基层医院。

Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of Zhuifeng Tougu Capsules plus the articular cavity injection of hyaluronic acid sodium combined with ultra short wave therapy in treating early and middle stage of knee osteoarthritis. Methods Totally 112 patients were randomly divided into the treatment group（ 58 cases） and the control group（ 54 cases）. The treatment group was given Zhuifeng Tougu Capsules plus the articular cavity injection of hyaluronic acid sodium combined with ultra short wave physiotherapy. The control group received Meloxicam Tablets. Results All the patients were followed up for 6- 12 months,the symptoms after treatment in the treatment group were obviously improved（ P〈0. 01）,the effective rate in the treatment group was 84. 48%,which was significantly higher than 59. 26% in the control group（ P〈0. 05）,the WOMAC and VAS scores had statistically significant differences between the two groups after treatment（ P〈0. 05 or P〈0. 01）. Conclusion Zhuifeng Tougu Capsules plus hyaluronic acid sodium by knee articular cavity injection combined with ultra short wave physiotherapy could effectively alleviate the joint pain symptom in early and middle stage of knee osteoarthritis,the knee joint function can be improved in the majority of the patients,and is especially suitable to be conducted in the remote primary hospitals.
