天麦消渴片联合吡格列酮治疗初发2型糖尿病46例

Tianmai Xiaoke Tablets Combined with Pioglitazone for Treating Newly Diagnosed T2DM in 46 Cases

目的观察天麦消渴片联合吡格列酮治疗初发2型糖尿病的疗效并探讨对患者胰岛素抵抗指数(HOMA-IR)及β细胞功能指数(HOMA-β)的影响。方法选择医院2013年3月至2014年3月收治的患者92例,随机分为观察组与对照组,各46例。两组患者均给予吡格列酮治疗,观察组患者加用天麦消渴片治疗。结果两组患者治疗后的空腹血糖(FPG)、空腹胰岛素(FINS)、HOMA-IR,HOMA-β均明显优于治疗前(P<0.05),且观察组患者各指标改善明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论天麦消渴片联合吡格列酮可有效抑制胰岛素抵抗,且能够保护β细胞功能,具有良好的临床疗效,值得推广。

Objective To investigate the effect of Tianmai Xiaoke Tablets combined with pioglitazone in treating newly diagnosed type 2diabetes mellitus（ T2 DM） and its influence on insulin resistance index（ HOMA- IR） and the β cell function index（ HOMA- β）.Methods Totally 92 patients with newly diagnosed T2 DM were admitted to our hospital from March 2013 to March 2014 and randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,46 cases in each group. The two groups all were given the pioglitazone treatment; the observation group was added with Tianmai Xiaoke Tablets. Results FPG,FINS,HOMA- IR and HOMA- β after treatment in the two groups were superior to those before treatment（ P 0. 05）,moreover the various indexes in the observation group were signifianly better than those in the control group（ P 0. 05）. Conclusion Tianmai Xiaoke Tablets combined with pioglitazone can effectively inhibit insulin resistance,protect the β cell function,has good clinical efficacy,and is worthy of clinical promotion.
