环境污染经济损失及污水处理效率的实证研究

Empirical Research of Environmental Pollution Economic Losses and Sewage Treatment Efficiency

在我国能源消耗加剧、环境污染日渐严重的背景下,从水污染入手,通过对2003—2012年江苏省工业污水排放导致环境污染的经济损失定量分析以及工业污水处理效率的实证研究发现,提高污水处理技术水平和投入可以有效减少环境经济损失,促进江苏省经济和环境的协调发展。

Under the background of energy consumption＇s increasing and increasingly serious environmental pollution in China,we obtained from the water pollution,through quantitative analysis of Sewage pollution environment economic losses and empirical research of Sewage treatment efficiency in Jiangsu province,from 2003 to 2012,and found that improving the level of sewage treatment technology and investment can reduce the economic loss of the environment and can promote coordinated development of economy and environment in China.
