In the late 19 th and early 20 th century, American society experienced a period of profound changes and rapid development. The whole society has taken great changes in economy, politics, culture and other fields, and these had changed not only the American economic condition and perspective of society but also the daily lives of ordinary people. In the period, great changes also happened in the living condition of the Hegrose. With the awakening of their own consciousness and the start of well organized resistance, they wse oarions ways to fight against the uhite supremacy, esperiencing the gveat hardships, constantly pursuing the freedom of Blacks. Finally, great breakthronghs were made in the right of liberty.
