政治与行政二分理论产生以来,确立了现代公共行政的基本原则,尤其是对20世纪以来公共行政学理论研究和实践都产生了深远而巨大的影响,但学术界对其评价不一。本文主要从其主要内容、理论价值与现实意义、学界批判和对当前我国公共改革的启示四个方面对政治与行政思想进行了系统梳理与研究。

Since the birth of the political and administrative dichotomy theory, the basic principles of modern public administration were established, especially since the 20 century public administration theory and practice have had a profound and dramatic effects, but its evaluation varies academia. This article made a systematical sorting and study from the four main content areas, the theoretical value and practical significance, academic criticism and inspiration to our country＇s politics and public administration reform idea.
