高职订单班中设制“双班主任”的实践与思考

On the Arrangement of Double Head Teachers in Order Form Class of Higher Vocational College

高职教育就是就业教育,目前,高职院校的企业订单班越来越多,加强订单班的教育管理,培养企业需要的高素质技能型人才,实现学生从学校到企业的无缝对接,是高职院校教育的目标。校企合作、工学结合是高职院校办学的途径之一,在这个过程中,需要企业广泛参与,过程参与,不仅参与教学,更应参与教育管理。本文从三个方面阐述了在高职院校订单班中设制学校和企业二个班主任的做法和意义。

Higher vocational education is always job-oriented.Currently,there are more and more order form classes in higher vocational colleges.It is important to strengthen the class management,train high-quality skilled talents and realize the transition from college learning to enterprise working with no gap,which is the goal of higher vocational education.The cooperation between college and enterprise,together with the combination between learning and working is the school-running way of higher vocational colleges.During the school running process,enterprises＇ participation is demanded,both in teaching and management.From there aspects,this essay discusses the significance of arrangement of double head teachers representing the enterprise and the college respectively.
