本文首先探讨了新农村社区建设的规划、管理、服务、保障等六方面特点,继而指出新农村建设过程中失地农民对就业无保障、养老无保障、后代生活无着落等方面的担忧,并分析其产生的原因,探讨了新农村社区的建设完善需要从经济建设、组织建设、公共服务体系建设、相关立法、社区文化教育建设等多个方面展开。

This paper firstly discusses the planning,management,service,security and other six aspects of new rural community construction,then points out what the landless farmers worry about in the process of new rural construction：employment without security,unguaranteed pension and unfunded offspring life,and also analyses the causes of the worry.Finally,the essay puts forward the way of constructing new rural communities from five aspects：the economy,the organization,the public service system,relevant legislation and the community culture.
