摘要
为了对绿色供应链的环境影响进行科学评价,采用调研和专家咨询的方法,构建绿色供应链环境因素评价指标体系,通过层次分析法计算每个指标的主观权重,通过信息熵计算每个指标的客观权重,采用由最小鉴别信息原理推导出的公式求每个指标的组合权重,构建了绿色供应链环境因素模糊综合评价模型。最后,选择6个企业,采用德尔菲法收集和分析数据,对它们的绿色供应链的环境因素进行评价,评价得分分别为:5.382 62、5.185 84、6.162 26、5.568 52、4.381 92、6.332 66。可见,第5个企业的绿色供应链的环境因素评价得分处于差等偏上水平,其他企业的绿色供应链的环境因素评价得分处于中等偏上水平。评价结果表明,该模型综合考虑了评价指标的主客观权重,能够正确和有效地评价绿色供应链的环境影响。
In order to make scientific evaluation of the environmental impact of green supply chain, the evaluation index system of green supply chain environment factors was established by the method of investigation and expert consultation, the subjective weight of each in- dex was calculated by analytic hierarchy process, the objective weight of each index was calculated by information entropy, the combina- tion weight of each index was calculated by the formula derived from minimum identification information principle, the fuzzy comprehen- sive evaluation model of green supply chain environment factors was constructed. Finally, six enterprises were selected, the data were col- lected and analyzed by the Delphi method, the environmental factors of their green supply chains were evaluated, the evaluation scores were 5. 382 62,5. 185 84,6. 162 26,5. 568 52,4.381 92,6.332 66. Therefore, the evaluation score of the environmental factors of the fifth enterprises' green supply chain was poor upper level, while the evaluation scores of the environmental factors of other enterprises' green supply chains were middle upper level. The evaluation results show that the model can consider the subjective and objective weights of the evaluation indexes, and make correct and effective evaluation of the environmental impact of green supply chain.
