摘要
台湾地区高校教学发展中心经历近十年的探索与建设,现已初具成效、特色显著。以台湾大学、逢甲大学和云林科技大学3所不同类型高校教学发展中心为例,通过考察、比较其组织建制与职能、特色机制与活动发现,它们既有组织职能一致、活动机制持续的共性,又有组织架构多样、特色活动对接的差异。这为大陆地区高校教师教学发展中心的建设提供了有益启示,尤其是在缓和矛盾、营造文化和满足需求3方面。
It has obtained preliminary achievements and significant characteristics when the teaching development centers of universities and colleges in Taiwan province had explored and constructed during nearly ten years. Taking the case of three different categories the teaching development centers of universities and colleges (Taiwan University, Feng Chia University and Yunlin University of Science and Technology) , we can find both similarities ( homogeneity of organizational functions and sustainability of operating mechanism) and differences ( diversity of organizational structure and connection of characteristic activities) through investigating and comparing their organizational institution and functions, and characteristic mechanism and activities. Generally, it will offer useful enlightenments, in terms of easing the contradictions, building culture atmosphere and meeting the demands, for construction of faculty and teaching development centers of higher education institutions in China's Mainland.
