摘要
现行科研与教学管理体制下,我国高等学校出现了较为普遍的重科研轻教学现象。这种现象产生低效率的混同均衡,其出现既有体制原因,也与教学和科研本身的特点有关。通过学校教学、科研岗分离的内部改革或多层次的契约组合安排,既能发挥教师的比较优势,也能激励相容。通过不同绩效—报酬组合的契约安排,让教师自主选择,从而实现分离均衡,有效提高教师资源配置效率。
Under the current research and teaching management system, there is a widespread phenomenon in higher education institutions of China in which the scientific research value above teaching work. This phenomenon will result in the low efficiency of pooling equilibrium, which has related with both institutional and the characteristics of scientific research above teaching work. Through the internal reform that separates the teaching from researching or the arrangement of multiple level combination of contract, which not only develop the comparative advantages of the teachers, but also meet the incentive compatible term. Through appropriate contractual arrangements in different performance-reward combination, teachers can make the choice by themselves, to get effectively separate equilibrium and effectively improve the efficiency of faculty resources distribution.
