摘要
非洲国家自陆续独立以来,外部援助在其高等教育领域呈现阶段性发展特征。非洲的高等教育经历了"黄金期""衰退期"和"复兴期"3个阶段,其阶段性的转变均与外部援助政策紧密相连。非洲高等教育的发展呈现极强的依附性,其要取得独立性发展,需要在借鉴发达国家成功教育模式和办学经验的基础上,根据本国国情制定适合本国发展的高等教育政策,推动高等教育的本土化进程。
Since African countries have gained independence gradually, external aid presented stage development in the higher education. African higher education experiences three stages-golden age, degenerating age and rejuvenation age. The phasic transformation is closely link to the external aid policy. In order to achieve the autocephaly development in African higher education, African countries shall make the higher education policies that suitable for their own development based on drawing lessons from the successful education modes and school running experiences acquired by the developed countries.
