基于现代学徒制的“4融合”人才培养模式研究

Talent Training Mode Based on the Four Fusion of the Modern Apprenticeship

现代学徒制作为产教融合的基本制度载体和有效实现形式,是国际上职业教育发展的基本趋势和主导模式。我国社会发展的新常态需要职业教育进一步推广现代学徒制,文章从现代学徒制教学模式中"教室与岗位、教师与师傅、考试与考核、学历与证书"4个方面进行了深入的分析和研究,提出了"4融合"人才培养模式。

As the basic system carrier and the effective form of the production and education integration,modern apprenticeship production is the dominant mode and the basic trend of the international vocational edu-cation development. The further promotion of modern apprenticeship is needed in the vocational education de-velopment in China. The article analyses the modern apprenticeship teaching mode from the four aspects of＂classroom and jobs, teachers and masters, examination and assessment, qualifications and certificates＂, andputs forwards the talent training mode based on the four fusion of the modern apprenticeship practice.
