榆神矿区西湾露天煤矿开采工艺与开采方法

Mining technology and mining method in Xiwan Open-pit Coal Mine of Yushen mining area

以西湾露天煤矿为工程背景,通过现场调研、理论分析、工程类比、经济技术方案对比分析等研究手段,对其下属的榆神矿区西湾露天煤矿的开采工艺、剥离方式、开采方法进行了系统研究。研究表明:剥离与采煤分别采用单斗-卡车+拉斗铲倒堆综合开采工艺与单斗-卡车+半移动式破碎站-带式输送机半连续开采工艺可达到最佳效果。

Taking Xiwan Open-pit Coal Mine as engineering background, through the scene investigation, theoretical analysis,engineering analogy and economic and technical scheme comparison and analysis, the author researched mining technology,stripping mode, mining method. Results showed that stripping and mining respectively adopted dredger shovel-truck ＋ pull bucket shovel comprehensive mining process and dredger shovel-truck ＋ semi-mobile crushing station-belt conveyor semi-continuous mining technology, which could get the best effect.
