摘要
通过对木瓜界矿区生活污水处理站原系统的全面分析,发现系统存在自动化控制系统影响生产的问题,提出优化改造方案。结合当前矿区信息化整体发展水平,提出对系统功能不完善的部分进行信息化升级,将生活污水处理站的关键数据及控制参数接入既有的调度信息化平台,最终实现远程监测和控制的调度管理。
Through analyzing life sewage treatment station original system in Muguajie Mine, the author found the problems that the automation control system affected production, and presented the optimization transformation scheme. Combining with the overall information development level in the current mining area, the author put forward the information upgrade on imperfect part of system function, connected the key data of the sewage treatment station and the control parameters to the existing scheduling information platform, and finally realized the scheduling management of remote monitoring and control.
