煤炭行业消防体系的发展与建议

叙述了煤炭企业近年来消防设施的发展过程、消防设置标准与其他行业的差别、消防站的设置原则、消防控制室设置现状。提出了完善封闭带式输送机走廊不设置自动喷水的依据。根据目前各矿消防队的设置现状、行业经济发展水平及相关设置标准,提出了矿区设置集中消防站代替每矿设置专用消防站。为了更好的维护消防设施及时准确发现火情,建议各煤炭企业设置独立的消防控制室。

The article elaborates the development of fire facilities, the fire set standards difference between coal industry and other industries, the principles of fire station set and the present situation of fire control room set in recent years. The author presents the basis of not setting automatic water spray perfecting closed belt conveyor corridor. According to the current setting situation of fire department, the industry economy development level and the relevant setting standards, the article presents the focus fire station instead of special fire station. In order to better maintenance fire facilities and timely discover fire, the author suggests that each coal enterprise should set up independent fire control room.
