摘要
通过对井工与露天2种灾害治理及残煤回收方案的优缺点和可行性进行分析,结合老采空区赋存条件,推荐露天方式开展回收残煤示范工程,实现安全效益、生态效益、社会效益互补,推进和谐型矿区建设。
Through analyzing the advantages and disadvantages and feasibility of underground and open-pit mining hazards treatment and residual coal recovery scheme, combining old goaf occurrence conditions, the author recommends the open-pit mining to carry out residual coal recovery project,which can achieve safety benefits, ecological benefit, social benefits and promote harmonious mining areas construction.
