辛伐他汀联合胰岛素对2型糖尿病患者动脉硬化的预防作用 被引量:1

摘要 研究辛伐他汀联合短期胰岛素泵对初诊2型糖尿病患者血糖、基质金属蛋白酶-9(MMP-9)以及血管性假血友病因子(v WF)的影响,探讨对动脉硬化的预防作用。62例初诊2型糖尿病住院患者采用随机双盲研究,其中A组31例应用胰岛素泵短期强化治疗1周,B组31例采用短期胰岛素泵联合辛伐他汀治疗,比较两组治疗后血糖、v WF、MMP-9的变化。A组空腹血糖降至6.3±1.07mmol/L,B组6.5±1.63mmol/L;餐后2h血糖A组降至9.1±2.42mmol/L,B组8.9±2.65mmol/L,差异无统计学意义。治疗1周后,v WF在A、B组分别为10.2±1.35 ng/m L,7.6±0.58ng/m L,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001);MMP-9在A、B组分别为4.23±1.78 ng/m L,2.85±1.56 ng/m L,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);胰岛素泵联合辛伐他汀短期强化治疗具有快速稳定控制血糖和显著降低MMP-9及v WF水平。可能有利于降低初诊2型糖尿病患者血管并发症的发生,延缓动脉粥样硬化的进展。
