柳门

摘要 联想最成功的产品并非消费电子,也不是投资,而是"人"。柳传志在孵化人才、培养人才、人尽其才方面有独特心法。所谓"柳门",实际是扩大了"家"的概念过去三十年中,柳传志只有三次迟到的经历。一次因为电梯坏了,按照联想的规定,请假就不算迟到,可那时还没有手机,他干着急,没办法。一次在翠宫饭店,高管开会,会前他上洗手间,正好遇到主管单位中国科学院的院长,院长拉着他聊天,他不好意思离开,秘书也不在身边,回来就晚了。还有一次在香港,因为一个特殊情况绕了路,也迟到了。 Over the past thirty years,Liu Chuanzhi has only been late three times.One time was because of a broken elevator.He could have called in sick instead,and then wouldn't have been considered late to work,but there were no cell phones at the time.The other time was an executive meeting.He was on the way to the meeting when he ran into the head of the Chinese Academy of Sciences,who started to chat with him.Too polite to leave,Liu was late for the meeting.The third time was in Hong Kong,where,due to some unforeseen circumstances he was forced to take the long way around and was late.One of Liu's rules is that anytime someone is late for a meeting,everyone has to stop for a minute while the person arriving late just has to stand there.Although an extremely awkward situation.Liu makes no exception for himself.Liu is deeply clear about one thing,if he can't hold himself to the same standards as everyone else,how can he expect them to follow those standards?
