高速铁路提升了县域居民生活满意度吗——基于江西省南丰县的实地调研

Has high speed railway improve county citizen's life satisfaction——field research based on Jiangxi province Nanfeng county

本文基于江西南丰6个村镇(乡)地区和南丰县城的调查问卷数据,利用主客观分类、走访调查、因子分析等方法,探究高速铁路对于提升县域居民生活满意度的作用。研究结果显示:1江西南丰县域居民在高速铁路修建后的一段时期中总体生活满意度为72.3%,各分类满意度从59.6%至82.11%不等;2高速铁路不仅在短期有力地提高了县域居民生活满意度,更具有长期的作用空间;3高速铁路通过促进当地特色产业和旅游业的发展以提高居民生活满意度。

Based on investigating data of six rural areas and urban areas in Nanfeng,Jiangxi province,this paper uses a number of approaches such as objective and subjective classification,visiting investigation and factor analysis to study the influences of high speed railway on improving residents＇ life satisfaction.The results show that：（1） after the time period of completion of the high speed railway,the percentage of total life satisfaction was 72.3%.The different kind of satisfaction ranged from 59.6% to 82.11%;（2） the high speed railway has the short-term and long-term positive effects on improving residents＇ life satisfaction;（3） through developing local characteristic industries and tourism,the high speed railway has extremely improved residents＇ life satisfaction.
