蕲艾的道地性研究

Study in Geo-authentic of Qiai

通过对艾叶中挥发油、长链烷烃、鞣酸、黄酮的含量分析以及艾绒的发热量与艾条的最高燃烧温度的测量,从艾灸的药性作用、温补作用、温通作用三大机制的物质基础与作为中药的主要功能上探讨了蕲艾的优越性.结果表明:无论是作为艾灸的灸材还是作为中药饮片,蕲艾均具有明显的优势,称为艾叶的道地药材是实至名归的.

In this paper,from the material basis of three mechanisms including the medicinal effect,Wenbu and Wentong,and the main features of traditional Chinese medicine（ TCM）,the superiority of Qiai was discussed by analysing content of the volatile oil,long chain alkane,tannic acid and flavonoids in moxa leaf,and measuring calorific value and the maximum combustion temperature. The results is that Qiai has obvious advantages,and meet demands as geo-authentic medicinal materials,whether is as moxibustion materials or as a Chinese medicine yinpian.
