摘要
氯是煤中对环境有严重危害的微量有害元素之一 .研究煤中氯的释放特性对于煤中氯的脱除和控制具有重要意义 .文中测定了煤中氯在不同的煤热解温度下的脱除率 ,探讨了氯在热解过程中的析出规律 .结果表明 ,煤中氯随温度的析出均符合S型函数关系 ;不同煤种 ,氯的析出温度区间不同 ;当热解温度为 10 0 0℃时 。
Chlorine is one of trace elements in coal, which do harm to environment badly. It is of significance for the removal and control of chlorine in coal that the isolation characteristic of chlorine in coal was studied. Removal rate of chlorine in coal was measured in different pyrolysis temperatures. The isolation characteristic of chlorine in coal was discussed in this paper. Results show, chlorine remove of coal is the function of temperature, and all the functions are 'S' shape; isolation temperature range of chlorine are varied to different coal; chlorine was removed almost in the pyrolysis temperature 1 000 ℃.
