男性外生殖器脱落细胞的人乳头瘤病毒检测

Human papillomavirus detectionin exfoliated cells from male external genitalia

目的 研究男性外生殖器HPV感染状况.方法 本研究针对2012年8月至2014年3月就诊于中国人民解放军总医院门诊的男性患者进行高危型HPV和低危型HPV的检测.结果 在200例男性外生殖器脱落细胞样品中,高危型HPV检出66例,阳性率为33.0％.这些高危型HPV根据丰度依次为HPV16、31、51、39、58、59、52、56、18、33、68、35和45.结论 200例男性外生殖器脱落细胞样品的HPV型别分谱与女性宫颈脱落细胞的具有较高的相似度。

Objective Persistant human papillomavirus （HPV） is an inducer for cervical cancer,meanwhile,HPV transmission is via sexual activity.HPV genotyping for male external genitalia is important to learn HPV mechanism in the cervical tumorgenesis.Methods In this study,we collected the exfoliated cell samples from male external genitalia at Department of Obstetrics and Gynaecology Chinese PLA General Hospital.Results Among 200 samples,the detection for high-risk HPV showed 66 positive （33.0%）.With a descending order,the genotypes of the HPV were 16,58,51,39,52,31,59,68,56,33,18,35 and 45.Conclusion The spectrum of HPV genotypes in two hundreds of exfoliated cell samples from male external genitalia was consistent with that in the cervical sample from female population.
