替加环素治疗48例异基因造血干细胞移植后感染的安全性 被引量：3

摘要 替加环素（tigecycline）是首个应用于临床的甘氨酰四环素类新型广谱抗生素,具有超广谱的抗菌活性,对于泛耐药致病菌（如耐甲氧西林金黄色葡萄球菌、耐青霉素肺炎链球菌、耐万古霉素肠球菌和泛耐药鲍曼不动杆菌）具有非常高的活性[1-2].在异基因造血干细胞移植（allo-HSCT）过程中,由于患者已行多次化疗,移植前再次接受高强度预处理治疗,造成患者在粒细胞缺乏（粒缺）期极易合并重度感染（甚至泛耐药致病菌感染）,因此选择替加环素介入抗感染治疗十分重要.替加环素的不良反应是国内外研究者密切关注的问题[3-5].我们采用替加环素治疗48例allo-HSCT后感染的血液病患者,报道如下.
