多器官发生的上皮样血管内皮瘤一例

摘要 患者女，31岁。2008年曾因“咳嗽长时间未缓解”于外院检查，影像学检查提示肺及肝脏多发性占位性病变，初步诊断“肝癌肺转移”，随后出院，未行特殊治疗。2014年4月因“背部持续性针刺样疼痛3个月余”入院，体检两肺呼吸音粗，余无阳性体征。查胸腹部平扫＋增强CT示：两肺多发结节灶及纵隔内团状阴影（图1），肝内不规则片状低密度灶（图2）。查肿瘤标志物癌胚抗原、CA724、CA125、CA199、CA242、CA50均未见异常。患者先后行肝穿刺术及胸腔镜下肺组织活检术。患者发病时无妊娠，无激素及避孕药服用史。
