中枢神经系统硬膜原发性间叶软骨肉瘤二例

摘要
中枢神经系统间叶软骨肉瘤是非常罕见的恶性肿瘤，占原发颅内肿瘤的0．16％。颅内间叶软骨肉瘤最早南Dahlin和Henderson于1962年报道。肿瘤通常附着于硬膜，影像学上易与脑膜瘤（脊膜瘤）和血管周细胞瘤混淆。
