第342例 肿胀畸形3年余—右跗跖骨溶解—大块骨溶解症

摘要 病历摘要患者女，20岁，学生，未婚。因右足肿胀畸形3年余，加重伴跛行2年于2011年10月12日就诊。2007年3月从2m高处坠落致右足肿胀疼痛，休息1周后缓解，正常行走。2008年8月出现右足疼痛，足背外侧轻度肿胀，休息不能缓解，就诊外院行x线检查提示第3、4、5跖骨部分骨质溶解。
