柳毒蛾的触角结构与感受器扫描电镜观察 被引量:10

摘要 本文利用扫描电镜对柳毒蛾成虫触角的结构进行观察,结果表明,柳毒蛾成虫触角存在6种感受器,即毛形感器、腔锥形感器、刺形感器、锥形感器、鳞形感器、栓锥形感器。其中,以毛形感器最多,栓锥形感器最少。经观察,柳毒蛾雌雄成虫的触角一般形态结构无明显差异,其感器类型及分布具有性二型性。 Ultra-structure of Antennal sensilla from Stilpnotia salicis Linnaeus was observed by scanning electron microscope. Six kinds of antennal sensilla were distributed on the antennal and they were named sensilla trichodea, sensilla coeloconica, sensilla chaetica, sensilla basiconica, sensilla squamiformia, sensillum styloconica. Sensilla trichodea was the most of sensilla, and sensillum styloconica was the least. The results indicated that there was no significance difference of the structure of antennal between female and male moth, but the kinds and distribution of antennal sensilla varied significantly.
