基于鞋腔湿度的皮鞋舒适性主观评价方法 被引量:4

摘要 选择常见的4种面料、2种里料、1种内底和2种鞋垫材料互相搭配,生产出16类皮鞋各10双,合计160双255号(二型半)胶粘满帮男皮鞋作为样品鞋。选择了10位身高(170±5)cm,年龄为19~23岁,无脚病、脚型正常、脚长和脚跖围符合样品鞋号型、身体健康、有较强的理解和敏锐感觉的大学生作为受试者,并尽量保证南北方籍的比例相当。通过受试者对样品鞋进行试穿,并对试穿后的样品鞋面料的透水气性、吸水气性测试指标与主观舒适性评价进行对比。结果显示,基于鞋腔湿度的皮鞋舒适性主观评价是可行和准确的。 Common materials were matched and selected, including four kinds of upper materials, two kinds of linings, one kind of insole and two kinds of sock lining materials, and then sixteen kinds of male leather cement shoes with the size of 255 No. (2.5 Type ) in ten pairs for the each kind of the shoes, were prepared by using the materials, whose amount is 160 pairs in total. The subjects consist of ten college students with height (170 ± 5)cm, age 19 -23 years old, whose feet are healthy and suitable for these sample shoes. Besides, these subjects should have a strong understanding and keen feeling. The number of subjects should also be in proportion to the North and South region of source of students. After trying on these sample shoes, the contrast analysis of the comfortability of them will be taken in terms of the water vapor permeability,water vapor absorption and subjective evaluations. The results show that the subjective evaluations of comfortability based on humidity inside of the shoes are of practicability and accuracy.
