摘要
针对原皮革感官参数测试仪器存在采集速率较低、数据量少,难以满足自动化评价体系对样本数量要求的现状,开发了一种新型高速采集仪器。在原仪器的工控机中加装了CP5611高速通讯卡、在PLC侧安装EM277从站模块,以Profibus-DP高速通讯网络为硬件载体。软件上通过配置OPC服务器和客户机实现监控软件与下位控制器通讯,提高了通讯速率。并针对测试数据量大的问题,采用外嵌Access数据库通过数据流在测量过程中实时存储记录测试数据,较原利用PC/PPI通讯方式采集速率高出了5倍以上,使仪器具有更高的精度和实用性。
Aiming at the present status that leather's sensory parameters measuring instrument has some disadvantages such as low acquisition speed, little quantity data, and even it cannot meet the requirements of the automatic evaluation system, a new type of high- speed data acquisition instrument was developed. Based on the original equipment, the CP5611 high- speed communication card was added in the industrial computer and the EM277 was installed as PLC's slave station module, and connected by Profibus - DP high - speed communication bus. In order to improve the communication speed, the OPC server and client were programmed to connects the monitoring software and the PLC. Access database for saving the data in the measuring process by using data stream was established, which is suitable for processing mass data. The acquisition speed of the method is more than 5 times of the one communicated by using PC/PPI cable, so as the new instrument possesses the qualities of higher accuracy and better practicality.
