Differentiation and function of follicular helper CD4^+T cells

滤泡辅助性CD4+T细胞(T follicular helper cells,Tfh)是最近发现的CD4+效应T细胞的一种新的亚群。与CD4+效应T细胞的其他亚群不同,Tfh细胞因其表达CXCR5、Bcl-6和IL-21等细胞因子,使得其存在于淋巴滤泡中,并辅助B细胞的活化和分化。Tfh细胞有其独有的发生、分化和功能调节机制,其功能失调与多种疾病发生有关,包括自身免疫性疾病、免疫缺陷病以及淋巴瘤等。

T follicular helper cells （Tfh） are recently defined as one new subset of the CD4＋T effector cells. Different from others CD4＋ T cells subsets, Tfh cells express CXCRS, Bcl-6, IL-21 and other cytokines in lymphoid follicles, and assist B cell activation and differentiation. Tfh cells own unique mechanism on their development, differentiation and functions regulation. The disorders of Tfh could lead to many diseases, such as autoimmune diseases, immunodeficiency diseases, lymphoma, and so on.
