摘要
先天淋巴细胞(ILCs)是一类新近发现的在粘膜免疫中发挥重要功能的固有免疫细胞。最新研究证实它们在肿瘤发生、发展过程中扮演着重要角色。在此我们综述ILCs与几种肿瘤形成的关系,以期为癌症的预防和治疗提供新的理论借鉴。
Innate lymphoid cells （ILCs） are innate immune cells, which play an important role in the mucosal immunity. ILCs play an important role in the defense against pathogens, tissue development and remodeling. Recent research indicates that ILCs also play an important role in tumorigenesis. This article describes the relationship between ILCs and a variety of tumorigenesis, providing a new theoretical reference for the prevention and treatment of cancer.
