带状疱疹临床路径管理分析

Analysis of clinical pathway in the patients with herpes zoster

目的:明确带状疱疹实施临床路径管理的效果。方法:比较带状疱疹住院患者实施临床路径管理与未实施临床路径管理的住院时间、住院费用。结果:实施临床路径管理后,带状疱疹患者平均住院时间下降,平均住院费用升高。结论:带状疱疹实施临床路径管理,促进了医疗资源的有效利用,缩短了住院时间。

Objective： To determine the effects of the clinical pathway in the patients with herpes zoster. Methods： The length of hospitalization and the expenditure during the hospitalization of the patients whom were managed with clinical pathway and the traditional management were compared. Results： The length of hospitalization in the clinical pathway group was shorter than that in the traditional group. The hospitalization expenditure in the clinical pathway group was higher than that in the traditional group. Conclusion： The clinical pathway of herpes zoster helps to use medical resources effectively and shortens the length of stay.
