高迁移率族蛋白B1-糖基化终末产物/Toll样受体-核因子κB信号通路与糖尿病脑病关系的研究进展 被引量:1

摘要 随着经济的发展,我国居民的生活方式发生了巨大变化,糖尿病患病率正在迅速地上升。越来越多证据表明糖尿病可引起中枢神经系统损害,造成脑组织完整性和功能的损害,引起认知功能障碍,故又称糖尿病脑病(DE)。近年来有研究认为,糖尿病可能是由细胞因子介导的慢性炎症反应,炎症在糖尿病的发病机制中起重要的媒介作用[1]。高迁移率族蛋白B1(HMGB1)是促炎症因子,其作用于晚期糖基化终末产物(AGEs)和Toll样受体(TLR),激活核因子-κB(NF-κB),导致一系列级联代谢反应,高迁移率族蛋白B1-AGEs/TLR-NF-κB(HMGB1-RAGE/TLR-NF-κB)信号通路在糖尿病炎症的发生发展中可能发挥着重要作用[2],本文就近年来关于此通路与DE的研究进展作一简要概述。
