ICSI助孕患者滤泡液中T、B淋巴细胞亚群对获卵率的影响

摘要 目的通过测定卵胞浆内单精子注射(ICSI)助孕患者滤泡液中T、B淋巴细胞亚群来探讨T、B淋巴细胞亚群对获卵率的影响。方法前瞻性研究ICSI助孕的患者40例,根据获卵率的多少分为获卵正常组(获卵率>80%,A组,n=20)与获卵差组(获卵率<50%,B组,n=20),采用流式细胞仪对两组患者滤泡液中T、B淋巴细胞亚群进行分析,探讨其相关性。结果 A组的平均获卵数、MⅡ卵数、受精卵数及可利用胚胎数均显著高于B组(P<0.05),获卵率(90.8%vs.48.9%)亦显著高于B组(P<0.05)。B组患者滤泡液中CD8+T淋巴细胞[(21.09±4.55)%]显著高于A组[(10.35±3.21)%](P<0.05);两组患者滤泡液中CD4+T细胞数[(65.57±12.35)%vs.(62.34±11.62)%]及B淋巴细胞数[(4.78±1.69)%vs.(6.08±2.47)%]比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论滤泡液中CD8+T细胞的比例增高可能影响到ICSI助孕患者的获卵率。 Objective: To investigate the impact of T and B lymphocyte subsets in follicular fluid(FF)on the rate of oocyte retrieved in infertile women with ICSI treatment. Methods: Forty ICSI patients were divided into two groups prospectively according the rate of oocyte retrieved:group A(oocyte retrieved rate more than 80 %, n= 20)and group B(oocyte retrieved rate less than 50%,n= 20). The T and B lymphocyte subsets in FF were analyzed by the flow cytometer. The correlation between T and B lymphocyte subsets and the rate of oocyte retrieved was analyzed. Results: The oocyte rate(90.8%)of group A was significantly higher than group B(48.9%)(P〈 0.05). The percentage of CD8+T cell in FF of group B was significantly higher than that of group A(P〈0. 05),while there was no significant difference in CD4+T and B lymphocyte cells in FF between the two groups(P〈0.05). Conclusions: A higher percentage of CD8+T cell in FF may affect the rate of oocyte retrieved in infertile women with ICSI treatment.
